H&M And The Ikea Effect
I blogged about the H&M leather “Celine” pieces earlier. The collection hit the stores this week, to my surprise, the back of the dress and top are made of fabric. I understand this caused a lower pricetag, but to me you either use real leather or you use good fake, not this cheap combination. Unfortunately H&M is still suffering from the Ikea effect, some items look nice in the catalogue, but in real life it’s looking cheap and worst of all, has bad quality. Dear retailers, in these times of crisis, don’t pretend that you can shit your customers and get away with it too.
