Although it’s too early for a tree yet, you might be interested in decorating the house a little bit. I ran into a Martha Stewart DIY for making paper pom poms. I think they’re perfect for the holiday season, simple, but yet a big bold statement.
More than the clothes, I am very inspired by the Versace home collection. I love that cherry blossom velvet cushion, and with a little DIY, those silk scarves would make great cushions as well. I like a kitschy colourful touch to a minimal black and white interior, and a bunch of those will definately do the trick. The H&M X Versace collection is available in selected stores and online tomorrow, november 17 at 08.00 am.
I love Antwerp, and I love discovering “new” shops. I loved the shop when it was the Yohji Yamamoto flagship and I love it even more now that it is Renaissance. A multibrand shop, bar and restaurant for both man and woman with top brands like Acne, Marc By Marc Jacobs, DRKSHDW, Helmut Lang, Jil Sander Navy, Alexander Wang, Dior Homme, Y3, Bllack Noir, MM6, Raf By Raf Simons, J. Lindeberg…in other words, FASHION HEAVEN, unfortunately way over budget but priceless inspiration!
I recently foud out about the work of Cassandra Rhodin, one of Sweden’s most popular illustrators. She has worked with clients like H&M, Urban Outfitters and Vogue Russia. Her artistic range covers fashion illustrations, art exhibitions, book covers as well as entire wallpapers. “Tarzan and Jane” will make an entrance in our bedroom real soon.
